Postage Insurance and Tracking:
If you are concerned about buying from Australia, please Purchase Postage
Insurance by adding it to your shopping cart during checkout. Most customers
living in Countries that do not provide postage Insurance, will be offerred
the opportunity to choose "EMS"at checkout. EMS is more expensive
but is Insured.
Choosing to include Insurance on Airmail is optional but it covers
you for the cost of the Purchase, plus the Postage cost of Return Airmail.
When you purchase insurance, you also receive: proof of posting, secure
handling and a signature on delivery. Deliveries must be signed-for
to confirm receipt of your order, unless you request otherwise.
The delivery confirmation service provides YoureGood.com.au with a card
signed by you, the recipient, of the article.

Postage Price within Australia:
Postage on Australian orders is calculated at local rates. Orders will
arrive within 1 week of postage (dependant on postage times of the actual products you choose) - Unless there is a unexpected delay -
if this is the case, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Returns:
We offer refund of purchase price only, minus a restocking fee of 10%
- postage and handling will not be refunded unless goods have included
postage Insurance. Goods must be returned in good order within 14 days
of receipt before a refund will be given. All orders are checked for faults
before they are shipped. We are not responsible if you order the wrong
item - please make sure you have ordered the item you want when you check
