International Shipping:- We use Australia Post to ship parcels around the world.The price of your Postage Options at Checkout are based on the region you live, your Countries postal policies, plus the weight and volume of your parcel . Air Mail is the standard service on offer and accommodates parcels up to 20kg. Australia Post Airmail offers reliable delivery to over 200 countries. Orders to most areas outside Australia will arrive between 2 - 3 weeks after they have been posted. Please Note: Orders that include items with longer postage dates will not post until all items are available - this could add up to 12 days to your arrival time.
Articles that contain items valued over $500, OR weigh more that 500g, require customs documentation, which we will complete before dispatch .
International Customs Charges:
Customs charges vary from country to country and usually apply only on
larger orders in our experience. We always fill out the appropriate customs
information when our orders are shipped overseas and rarely have any problems

Postage Price within Australia:
Postage on Australian orders is calculated at local rates. Orders will

When you purchase insurance, you also receive: proof of posting, secure
handling and a signature on delivery. Deliveries must be signed-for
to confirm receipt of your order, unless you request otherwise.
The delivery confirmation service provides YoureGood.com.au with a card
signed by you, the recipient, of the article. The card is signed at
the time of delivery, and sent back, normally by air mail. Delivery
confirmation is available in conjunction with Insured items and articles
over 2kg by airmail to some countries.
Unfortunately we do not offer parcel tracking on Airmail at this stage.
However, EMS postage can be tracked.
